About
I’m Brian Alan Franco. I run GaleFranco Labs as a solo builder — three products, one thesis, working in the open.
I’ve spent the last few years noticing that the hardest problems in software aren’t feature problems. They’re forgetting problems. Systems that lose context in the handoff. Tools that flatten the dimensions you actually need to think in. Apps that let a family’s decisions get detached from the reasons they were made.
GaleFranco Labs is my attempt to build the opposite — tools where context is a first-class citizen, not something to bolt on afterward. I’m building in three different domains on purpose, because the argument is stronger if it survives translation across all three.
If any of this resonates, I’d love to hear from you.
